Reporting to the MDirector General Director, your mission as Digital Growth Manager will be to be the liaison between internal business needs & requirements and external resources so all media & marketing efforts are integrated.

What will be your main challenges as a Growth Manager?
- Understanding of the entire marketing mix and conversion funnel through to MQL.
- Help maintaining and optimizing web experience and landing page optimization.
- Creation of assets for use in Marketing and Sales including but not limited to: banners, ads, landing pages, web pages, white papers, research papers, PR assets, and sales materials.
- Internal alignment (SLA) with sales to encourage feedback loop for optimal efficiency of spend.
- Co-develop B2B content marketing & demand generation tactics including SEO, Email Automations, Social and working with the associated agencies, internal resources, or 3rd parties.
- Level-setting & understanding of business needs with the ability to plan out and execute initiatives
What will make you succeed?
- 3 to 5 years of B2B Marketing experience, and being an experienced content marketer with demonstrable understanding of digitial marketing and conceptually ESP platforms should give you a solid background to be able to face the challenges with confidence.
- Understanding of measurements of success, analytics & data management it is going to be a must for a good performance.
- Strong Understanding of B2B marketing tactics, sales processes and roles, marketing technology and executions across all relevant B2B mediums (Email, ABM).
- Experience or knowledge of intent-based marketing platforms (DemandBase preferable, Zoominfo, Terminus, Bombora).
- Previous experience with SaaS companies/models it is highly desirable.
- If you have previous experience working with e-commerce platforms, email service providers, and website architecture would be fantastic, but not necessary.
